Palmetto Shed Company Return Policy

At Palmetto Shed Company, we are committed to delivering custom-built, high-quality structures to meet your storage and shelter needs. Due to the personalized nature of our products and our manufacturing partnerships, all sales are final upon execution of the signed invoice and contract.

We do not offer returns on any buildings—wood or metal. Please review the appropriate section below for more details based on the type of building you are purchasing.

Portable Wood Buildings (Manufactured by Phoenix Buildings)

• All portable wood building sales are final once the customer signs the invoice with our standard Terms & Conditions.
• This signed invoice includes cancellation fees and conditions, but does not allow for returns or refunds once the unit is ordered.
• Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review building specifications, site preparation requirements, and contract terms prior to signing.

If you have questions about the terms on your invoice, please contact us before submitting payment or finalizing your order.

Metal Buildings & Carport Structures

• All metal building orders are custom-fabricated by our manufacturing partner to the customer’s specifications.
• All deposits are strictly non-refundable. This policy is stated clearly at the time of order, and each customer signs a contract acknowledging the following:

Deposit Policy – No Refunds:

• Once your order is placed, no portion of the deposit will be refunded under any circumstances, regardless of how recently the order was submitted.
• Production begins immediately upon order submission, committing labor, materials, and scheduling.

Deposit Transfers & Order Changes:

• If you wish to revise your order, your original deposit may be transferred to a new order (provided it’s equal or greater in value).
• If the new order requires a smaller deposit, the overage is not refundable or transferrable toward future orders.

Contractor Referrals Disclaimer:

If Palmetto Shed Company refers you to a contractor (for concrete, garage doors, electrical, etc.), you are engaging them as independent third parties. We are not responsible for their performance, pricing, communication, or scheduling. All customer agreements with referred contractors are separate from Palmetto Shed Company.

Customer Acknowledgment:

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above and those in the signed agreement. No refunds will be provided for cancellations under any condition.
