Palmetto Shed Company has paired with RTO National and PLD Rentals to provide our customers with affordable monthly payments on a RENT TO OWN (RTO) basis. The customer's credit is not considered when determining eligibility for the program. That's right, NO CREDIT CHECKS - EVERYONE IS APPROVED!! We have 24, 36, 48, and 60 month terms to choose from. Customers may pay more than the minimum deposit at the time of order which will lower the monthly payment. Customers are also allowed to pay off their rental balance mid-term and not be penalized for paying off early! PLD Rentals offers 90 days same as cash option to customers. PLD Rentals adds a $35 fee if you're interested in purchasing using the same as cash option. If you do not pay it off within the 90 days, it would revert to the normal monthly term of your contract which would add the rental fees.
When choosing RTO, basic personal information is required to complete the RTO contract paperwork. A sales representative will ask the customer for their driver's license or state identification information, social security number (not used for credit checks but for identification confirmation), birth date, employment information, and 2 personal references.
RTO National offers a credit-based financing to customers who have a good to excellent credit score. This involves a credit check and upon approval, you would be offered a lower monthly payment!
If you have already purchased a building and chose the rent to own option, Palmetto Shed Company uses two RTO Companies.
